Make Time for Fitness
While it's tough to find time for a long workout, it's easier to squeeze in a few minutes of exercise during the day.
I have a few suggestions that can help you:
1. Take a walk around the block when you get home from work, or park your car a little further from your office building.
2. Take the stairs, skipping the elevator.
3. On a shopping trip, walk for 10 minutes without stopping.
4. Clean your home or work in the yard.
5. Exercise before work or after work. Or exercise during your lunch or coffee break. Ask a co-worker to join you for a quick walk.
